I’ve only been a country music lover since meeting my husband but since I’ve fallen in, I’m over the moon in love with it! Driving, cleaning, showering… I’m a little bit of rock ‘n roll and a lot of bit of country! Blake Shelton is one of my absolute, top favorite country musicians. He’s such a handsome fellow and he seems like such a sweet and fun guy. Plus, of course, his music is awesome and so catchy! When I heard that he was doing a free concert on the beach in Atlantic City, I was ecstatic and since his music is so family-friendly, I figured that maybe I could bring the kids and have a blast!

I made sure to get online on the day of pre-sale and I got myself a pair of tickets. Realizing that I couldn’t get more tickets at the regular sale, I decided that it might be a bit tough for me to bring the kids. My four year old had been so excited, telling me she wanted to “see the guy who sings ‘I’m just doin’ what she likes and then buys her flowers and gets his house on fire by accident” so I was a little disappointed but I understood the reasoning for the ticket limitations. Since I still have a nursling (nursling = nursing baby), I would at least have to drag him along. DO AC let me know that all concert-goers, including my little dude who would be in his Kinderpack, would need tickets. I figured I would try and find him a spare ticket at some point. Then when I learned that to get a decent view, you’d probably have to be in Atlantic City fairly early that Thursday of the concert, I determined that it would just be too much trouble for this young family mama to go. Yes, it was a crazy idea but it was worth a try! Next year, I hope to buy some tickets to finally see Blake Shelton with the hubby!

So I’m not using my pair of tickets to Blake Shelton’s Ten Times Crazier Tour free beach concert in Atlantic City and my close friends who want to attend either can’t or had tickets for themselves already.
