Breastfeeding is beautiful. I love so many things about it. I love the bond, the fact that I save money, the convenience, and even the way it helps me lose weight! Nursing can make some things a little difficult though. I find that nursing bras, or at least ones that are stretchy, are absolutely necessary for me. Unfortunately, I learned the hard way that the same goes for nursing shirts. Since the Undercover Mama is intended to fit snugly, it’s recommended that you buy one size below your regular shirt size. I’m heavily pregnant and I got an XS so I didn’t want to risk stretching it out or hurting my belly by pulling it all the way down over me but you get the picture! You have both a hook similar to that of a typical nursing bra, and a loop to choose from when connecting your Undercover Mama to the nursing bra of your choice.
