Have you ever noticed that LEGO films are always hilarious and awesome? Even the short ones are fantastic and I’m saying that from my own perspective, not just that of the kids! The LEGO Movie was funny for kids and adults, we loved the jokes and I loved the cast. So it was without question that we would have to see the second one! The LEGO Movie 2: The Second Part is about LEGO DUPLO invaders coming from space to crush Bricksburg and its citizens. Once again, the team has to work together to save their people! It’s packed with fun from a kids’ perspective but also references adults can get on board with too. There are some movies that I just can’t sit through with the kids but this is one we can watch together as a family!
At this point, we’ve made it a point to own anything LEGO puts out so we’re excited to get a copy of The LEGO Movie 2: The Second Part and thrilled to be able to offer one to our readers also!

I saw the movie when it came out in theaters and… it was loud, exciting, and full of action. SO not my kind of movie, but the kiddos loved it.

We love the Lego movies in my house. That is why my youngest son name is Emmett. He is my favorite character. He is just so optimistic and I love that!! I also love good/bad cop in the first one!

I have only seen the original – looking forward to this one as well. Our grandchildren will be treating us (by use of our credit card – lol) to a movie with snacks and dinner. Always a good time with them. I asked them about their favorite character – they seemed to agree that Emmett is their favorite.
