These things are AMAZING! It seems so simple, a patch that goes onto your head and cools your temperature…but they work! Whenever our kids have fevers, I’m not a big fan of pumping them full of drugs like Tylenol or Motrin unless we absolutely have to. So to reduce their temperatures, I put a Be Koool strip on their forehead and it drops below 100 every time. We’ve used them on our kids even as infants, since unfortunately our youngest had a fever one New Year’s at only a couple of months old.

They’re inexpensive, you can use them with medicine if you need to, no need for freezing them, they stick on but not uncomfortably so, and they work pretty quickly! Both my husband and I have used Be Koool strips on ourselves and we recommend them to anyone looking for a simple way to keep a fever down!
