What we eat is an important part of everything about us. Our appearance, our health, our moods, all of it can be affected by the things we’re consuming. I’m making a strong effort to change my eating habits. It’s not so much my meals that are a problem, we eat fresh, home-cooked meals. My snacking is a huge problem. I like cookies, candy, and all of the junk you shouldn’t eat but especially sweets! I asked fellow bloggers for their favorite healthy snack recipe from their own collections. Without further ado, my healthy snack recipe round-up!:

mmmm the cake batter frappe looks delicious!!!!! But what I’m most curious is the pumpkin ice cream. Oh, and the cinnamon raisin peanut butter!!!! My mom would like that.
