We Love Every Bite: perfectlyfree® Allergy-Friendly Snacks

Taste matters. In the world of junk put into our foods, junk that a lot of our bodies can’t handle, we care about what our food tastes like. I hate to admit that I avoided adopting a healthy lifestyle, despite pain, all because I was afraid that everything would taste like cardboard. My husband brought home perfectlyfree® Frozen Bites and I read the package aloud. “Allergy friendly…free from dairy/lactose, gluten, soy, tree nuts, peanuts, egg, fish, and shellfish. No artificial flavors, colors, or preservatives. Vegan and non-GMO. What’s left?!” Sure, I was a little nervous considering all of the things I’ve tried in the past but I was astounded to taste them and find out that they are AMAZING!

I started with a perfectlyfree® Raspberry Chocolate Frozen Bite and immediately thought that they were rich and delicious. After one “bite”, which is only 30 calories, my sweets craving was satisfied. It was incredible! I’ve now tried every single type of frozen bite: Mint Chocolate, Salted Caramel Vanilla, Cocoa Vanilla, Orange Crème, and of course the Raspberry Chocolate. There’s not a flavor I don’t like and I feel like each one has its own unique deliciousness. It tastes just like ice cream even though they use coconut cream instead of dairy! It’s also only got 3 grams of sugar and 1 gram of fat per serving, no artificial junk. Not only is that a good fit for people with allergies but I think it’s great for people trying to watch their food intake despite having an affinity for desserts…like me! Not to mention the portion control of having them in little bites as opposed to big containers you can’t stop yourself from consuming.

When I saw that perfectlyfree® made fruit bites, I knew I had to test them with my kids. We eat a lot of fruit snacks but this is such a healthier option because it’s pureed fruit in a grape-like skin. They actually kind of look like colorful grapes but they come in a variety of flavors: strawberry banana, mixed berry, pineapple mango, and raspberry pomegranate. Strawberry Banana is my favorite because I’m a sucker for banana but we truly love all of them.

For the fruit bites, you refrigerate them until it’s time to pack them in the lunch boxes or to head out on your picnic! They’re such an easy, healthy snack and I know they’ll be a hit for snack time at our school because the classrooms are allergy-free. perfectlyfree® fruit bites are the first snack my kids ask for so I think it’ll be fun to introduce this allergy-safe delectable treat to everybody! For now, it’s our summer staple because it’s simple to pack up and go out with! We’ve been taking them on play dates, long walks, and out to the beach, wherever we go that requires some light snacking!

The biggest hunt of all that I’ve been on since going dairy-free was the ICE CREAM. It’s hard to come by a good dairy-free ice cream that doesn’t taste funny or too thin, something with a rich taste like ice cream has. I am extremely grateful to report that perfectlyfree® frozen pints are just as good as the rest of their products! Strawberry Sundae tastes exactly like a strawberry sundae, Caramel Café is perfectly caramel rich, and Fudge Swirl is a sweet chocolate swirl. Basically, they have every important sundae flavor out there! I could sit and eat an entire pint all by myself just to pamper myself after a hectic day. I love what they’ve got and I hope they roll out more flavors because clearly, someone knows what they’re doing over at perfectlyfree®!

When I brag about my newly found snacks, everyone asks me where they can get them. Currently, you can buy perfectlyfree® products at a lot of different grocery stores but you’ll have to check the store locator to see where. I hope they’ve got them where you are and if not, maybe tell your local grocer that you’d like to see them. I think word of mouth is key, we have to speak up! Society needs to know the market is there, we’ve got kids and adults with allergies who need options like this. As a blogger, I know how much word of mouth matters and that’s exactly why I am working with perfectlyfree®. I want them to be EVERYWHERE so you have it available for your kids or yourself. I have to put the FCC disclosure on all of my posts but to be honest with you, my freezer was full of these products well before this post. This post is coming to you because I know that it’s a NEED for so many of our families!

I have to go back to the most important thing about perfectlyfree®. They’ve managed to focus on allergy-friendly treats while also keeping taste in mind. We can’t eat certain foods but that doesn’t mean we should miss out on all of the yummy things. (Now I just need to find a decent cheese pizza substitute and my life will be complete…) Thank you, perfectlyfree®, for helping people with allergies to be included in the fun of flavor!

  1. I have never knew about perfectlyfree product here in Singapore. Glad to learn it here as I believe these make great choice for snacks for children. I like how the packaging is so cute and attractive plus the bites is pretty small to put into children’s mouth.

  2. Wow, it’s important to find the correct and healthy snacks for kids as nowadays there are more and more artificial and unhealthy products out there which causes long term addiction and harm to kids! I’m glad you’ve gotten your kids to try and (maybe love it)!

  3. What a great idea for snacks, I love the concept of these for people with allergies and they look really good too!
