Earlier this month, we were invited by TheMOMS for a Mamarazzi screening of the brand new Teen Titans Go! to the Movies PLUS a Q&A session with Will Arnett, the deep voice behind the film’s villain, Slade. We’ve never been to a movie screening before so we had no idea what to expect. It’s also rare that we get a chance to visit the bustling city of New York so we were in for a big adventure!
After dropping off Daddy and the baby to play in Central Park, me and the big kids who, for audience age reference are ages 4 through 10, headed to the Time Warner building! Once we checked in and went inside, we were immediately greeted by a cool cardboard cutout from the movie and everybody was excited to pose and be a part of the fun!

Things just got better as we went further in and found tons of The Popcorn Factory fancy popcorn and an entire candy bar! TheMOMS really spoiled us! My kids were already so pumped (full of sugar! Haha!) and we headed in to grab a seat in the theatre. Will Arnett was his usual hilarious self, talking about his favorite characters, things about the movie, and even some parenting tips thrown in there.
It was time to kick back and watch the Teen Titans Go! to the Movies. Now, Teen Titans Go! has always been one of those shows that’s funny for parents too so I wasn’t surprised that I laughed a lot. I also really enjoyed watching my kids, especially my son, just so engrossed in the plot. I could hear my son quietly but passionately encouraging his favorite characters on the big screen. The storyline was fun and well done, I thought. The kids recognized things that they know from the television show.
Just like Will Arnett had told us, I thought that the music within the movie was really good and perfect for the action! Now, I won’t give it away but the movie closes with a line that my kids think is so funny, I can’t get them to stop telling people about it. After you see it, can you come back and tell me if yours are doing it too?! I think that’s exactly what the makers of Teen Titans Go! to the Movies had in mind when they threw that in there!
We really enjoyed Teen Titans Go! to the Movies and we’ll definitely be watching it again. We all actually really hope that there will be another one coming out in the future! We love movies that are fun for the whole family and we’re addicted to superheroes in this house! A huge thank to TheMOMS for treating us to such an amazing event and for the Teen Titans Go! gear we got to take home!

Looks like loads of fun for the whole family. My 9-year old watches the cartoon Teen Titans here at home. My oldest just turned 16 however, we’re going to the movies before school starts too. Awesome.
