TobyMac’s upbeat and inspirational hip-hop music has been a regular part of my morning routine for a long while. Naturally, hearing his music all the time turned my son into a huge TobyMac fan. Every morning when he wakes up, you can hear my son singing “Til the Day I Die” and it’s adorable. I’m thrilled to have the opportunity to surprise my son with tickets to see his favorite artist perform at the Liacouras Center in Philadelphia tomorrow night!
This will actually be my son’s first concert and I know it will be a great one because just the atmosphere alone at a Christian concert is a wonderful feeling. Worshiping together in a massive builing full of people can really lift you up. On top of it all, I know that TobyMac is an excellent performer, seeking to glorify God with all of his music as evidenced by songs like “Steal My Show”. And I challenge you to listen to TobyMac’s music and NOT dance your heart out!
My entire family adores TobyMac and we were all so happy to hear about the rest of Deep Hits Tour lineup too. It’s basically a list of the best of my inspirational playlist! The Deep Hits Tour also features Jeremy Camp, We Are Messengers, Jordan Feliz, Ryan Stevenson, and Aaron Cole. All of the music that motivates me, makes me happy, and gets me grooving! “You Are Worthy of My Praise” and “Magnify”, they all have kick-butt hits that you’ve heard before.
TobyMac and the rest of the performers are going to blow the roof off the house! With TobyMac’s bouncing hip-hip and everyone praising the Lord, we’re guaranteed to leave the concert feeling like we’re on top of the world and I’m so happy that I can share that with my little man.
I have to highly recommend picking up tickets to this show if you haven’t yet. My husband is jealous because he can’t make it and it surely would make an awesome date night. Even more, I think that this is the perfect opportunity for a first concert to take the kids to and enjoy as a family!
