More than three years ago, I reviewed a pair of slip-on sneakers from a company called Bzees. The very first word that came to mind when  I revisited the brand, was “comfort.” The second was longevity, since I’ve been wearing that pair of slip-ons at least once a week since.

When we moved to Tennessee, some of my sandals didn’t make the cut so I decided to explore the Bzees sandals section! I bought a bunch of beautiful dresses already this season and immediately realized that in my de-cluttering adventure, I managed to leave myself with zero light-colored sandals. I had some black strappy things and some 70s-looking white boots my husband bought me, but no white sandals.

 

Choosing the Right Pair

When I perused the Bzees website, the sandals selection was pretty vast and it took me forever to settle on just one pair. The Bzees Plush Sandals would have made such a good replacement for my everyday walking sandals. The white lace Dream Wedge Sandals had such a beautiful lace design and the pair in denim wasn’t originally what I was looking for but it left me wondering if I might have needed it!

I’m making this selection sound adorable but it was actually really difficult. I kept putting off making a decision because there were so many that would fit different needs I had. Each outfit could probably have its own shoe and I guess that’s kind of how a lot of women feel! Haha!

Finally, I decided on the Bzees Secret Wedge Sandal and was surprised to receive both the Sand and White pair! I’m pretty sure I heard my dresses whisper, “Thank you!” This particular sandal has a bunch of color options so it can be worn with just about everything. Have you seen the sage? Gorgeous!

 

Fancy vs. Comfort

Dressing up used to be synonymous with uncomfortable for me. It meant tripping, hurt feet. In the last several years, I realized that it doesn’t have to and there are few brands that I know I can rely on to uphold the comfort level for me: Bzees is one of them.

I knew that they use something they call “cloud technology” and basically, their insoles are like a soft, supportive foam. It’s really difficult to describe but “cloud” is kind of a really good way to put it. They feel very light and airy, not like your feet are trying to kill you.

The fabric on the top of the sandal is a crochet that makes it look fancy but it also gives my foot a lot of security, you know, so I’m not falling like I said before. I can’t do flip flops for that reason, too clumsy. These are crazy supportive.

The crochet fabric is also very breathable! There’s a little spot where your toes peek through so those of you gals who get pedicures can still show them off!

 

What to Wear

I mentioned a few times that dresses were my main purpose for my Bzees Secret Wedge Sandals but because of the comfort level, I’ve pretty much added them to the roster with anything they look right with. Turns out, that’s a lot of things. I threw on a typical summer outfit; baggy tank with frills at the bottom and short-shorts. Everyone agreed that it looked adorable with my sandals and I wore them comfortably all day to walk through the mall and go out to eat.

As long as the color works with your outfit, pretty much anything goes with these wedges. They’re a perfect spring and summer shoe for casual and a little dressier gatherings!
