I love getting new movies for the kids. Our digital collection is growing vastly and they love it! Movies are great for family nights and rainy days. Needless to say, I was excited for the new movie, Dreambuilders!

Dreambuilders is about a girl named Minna learning how to get comfortable with her dad’s new fiancée and her daughter. It can be tough to get accustomed to changes in the family dynamic and adjusting to having stepparents and stepsiblings. Minna doesn’t like her new sister she discovers a world where dreams and nightmares are created. She uses this to manipulate her stepsister’s dreams but then things go wrong and she must save her. It’s a touching, but fun, story that mixes imagination with real life challenges of growing your blended family!

As a mom, I love movies like this that teach children about love and personal growth. Adding a magical blue dreambuilder certainly helps! The kids, including my thirteen year old, really enjoyed the movie just because it was fun and full of imagination!
