We had so much fun participating in the virtual summer camp last year that we decided to create our own! The kids love doing things with me when they’re home and you know what, I love it too! What better way to keep the kids entertained over summer break than to create a bunch of activities and adventure?!

 

Each week, we’ll declare a theme and then we plan to publish several posts containing crafts, recipes, and activities which will follow the theme. We even plan to recommend a movie or two for some family movie nights and a little bit of relaxation! Hopefully, there will be a nice mix of projects that encourage kids to go outdoors and plenty that inspire creativity!

I’ve spent a lot of time brainstorming with Mr. Quirky Mom Next Door and we’ve come up with oodles of fun ideas to share. I’m currently working on building recipes, craft tutorials, and printables to help you and your children join us along the way! Admittedly, I’m feeling intimidated about the amount of work that I may be signing on for but I’ve been so excited cooking up this summer camp project that I just have to come through for my kids and for all of you!
